About the Team
Serving as a consultant to the client, the AM team will show the value of what's possible through the implementation of the Dialpad product suite.
The AM team will develop and execute on a sales strategy for Dialpads existing customer base. They will be responsible for meeting/exceeding sales and revenue goals and objectives, overall customer relationship management and customer satisfaction. The AM is ultimately responsible for making sure our customers are constantly realizing the value of Dialpad, are aware of all new product releases, and for driving positive outcomes for both the customer and Dialpad.
As a member of the Sales organization, the AM will carry a revenue quota and will report directly to the Director of Account Management.
What you'll do as a Manager, Account Management (SMB)
- Run a weekly team meeting and 1:1s with your AMs, as well as bi-weekly coaching sessions
- Attend weekly leadership meetings
- Coach and evaluate your team’s skills, identify any gaps and use this knowledge to uplevel their abilities to run the sales process
- Accurately forecast weekly, monthly and quarterly attainment.
Skills you will bring
- 3-5 years of management experience
- Intrinsically motivated to succeed and to see others succeed
- Ability to work cross functionally and partner with Customer Success to drive positive results
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Passionate about providing a top notch, best in class customer experience
- Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and written communication skills
- Comfortable analyzing and understanding data
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to track numerous details
- Willingness to travel to customer locations or events as needed
- Preferred expertise in SaaS sales
- Desire to work in a fast paced startup environment where your input is desired to help craft our offerings and how we interact with clients
- Experienced with CRM software (ex. Salesforce) and GSuite tools (Google Sheets)
- Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
