In this role, you will work closely with the COO and the Director of Business Operations to define, implement, and measure execution. You will be responsible for managing competing priorities and driving alignment of key operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range:  Base + Bonus + Benefits + Equity (if applicable)
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. Information on the benefits offered is here. All offers are contingent on a cleared background check.

Location guidelines-
Onsite = 5 days/week
Hybrid = Several days in the office
Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs

    • Operational Excellence :
    • Support the COO and Director of Business Operations:
    • Maintain strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needs and issues
    • Problem-solve specific business issues as they arise, identify solution options, facilitate decision meetings, and drive execution post decision
    • Gather, organize, and synthesize key operational data to inform decision making
    • Monitor performance of and continuously improve key cross functional corporate processes to drive operational excellence
    • Cross-functional initiative execution: Support the Director of Business Operations in driving cross functional initiatives like:
    • Improving production flow and reducing waste
    • Streamlining management reviews and department feedback loop
    • Achieving and maintain necessary aerospace operational certifications
    • Build interactive dashboards to track progress and performance management
    • Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure execution across departments
    • Streamline communication channels for updates
    • Assemble reports and presentations as required
    • Lead problem solving sessions for acute challenges that the business faces
    • 2+ years of experience with a top management consulting firm or as a Chief of Staff in a fast-moving organization
    • 5+ years management and leadership experience, preferably in operational settings
    • Experience designing and driving organizational alignment and performance management systems
    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
    • High level of technical proficiency in business productivity and project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, Jira, or equivalent)
