The Manufacturing Process Engineering Manager will lead a group of engineers and is responsible for directing and coordinating all process improvement efforts to support the production and assembly of the V-BAT.

Salary Range:  Base + Bonus + Benefits + Equity (if applicable)
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. Information on the benefits offered is here. All offers are contingent on a cleared background check.

Location guidelines-
Onsite = 5 days/week
Hybrid = Several days in the office
Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs

    • Developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation, such as process flow diagrams, work instructions, workmanship standards, shop process procedures, etc.
    • Assuring product quality and process capability quality by designing, proofing and validating manufacturing methods including assembly, process, and test.
    • Managing configuration throughout the ERP system, item part master, Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM), production routing.
    • Identifying, selecting, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to support production requirements.
    • Designing and maintaining special assembly tooling, fixtures and shop aids required to support production requirements.
    • Interfacing with program management staff as required to drive attainment of program's production objectives (cost, throughput, yields, etc.).
    • Leading troubleshooting activities, provide solutions and support for process concerns or improvement.
    • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety.
    • Drive the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
    • Contribute to development and integration of enterprise software (PLM, ERP, MES).
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering
    • 10+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
