We are looking for our first marketing hire, a hands-on marketer leader that will develop from scratch our company's storytelling, content and digital marketing strategies, and much more.

This is a remote/hybrid opportunity to candidates based in the US.

    • Own our company’s story telling. This means must have the ability to communicate Kira’s vision to diverse audiences, and to span messaging from high-level value propositions to feature-level product differentiation.
    • Be responsible for establishing and scaling our full end-to-end digital marketing strategy, including paid, organic, SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, email and SMS.
    • Oversee performance tracking and calibration daily to provide decision-making around budget allocations and forecasts.
    • Develop market enablement collateral for prospect domestic and international partners and clients, including but not limited to pitches, printed material, email campaigns, etc.
    • Plan and implement marketing campaigns in partnership with product and sales teams to drive high-quality leads that translate into effective engagement of clients and partners.
    • 6+ years of experience leading marketing for high-growth EdTech or enterprise SaaS companies with domestic and/or international market exposure.
    • Excellent written and verbal messaging skills. Ability to create or edit content at an expert level.
    • Experienced and results-oriented in building Go-to-Market strategy.
    • Expertise in the fundamentals of product marketing and the sales process.
    • Ability to recognize future opportunities, assess future market factors, and define business strategies and/or models to leverage market opportunities.
    • You believe that feedback is a gift; you can receive and grow from feedback, and you’re comfortable sharing thoughtful feedback to others as needed.
    • Knowledge of CS and AI principles is a plus.
