We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of prior marketing experience and a strong understanding of the financial industry. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and increase brand visibility.

As a key member of the Vise team, this marketing role is a true generalist, touching all aspects of the customer lifecycle and collaborating internally across all product and client-facing teams. As the external voice for our customer obsession, you will be responsible for creating and improving a wide range of marketing strategies and content, across a variety of audiences—including but not limited to, vise.com, social posts, emails, white papers, sales decks, blog posts, webinars, podcasts, and more.

We are looking for someone who can dive deep into understanding financial advisors’ needs and get to know our products and competitive landscape like the back of their hand—if you’re a passionate marketer who enjoys taking technical, complex ideas and translating them into something that deeply reverberates and resonates with our clients, you’ll love this role.

What you will own:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns, encompassing both online and offline channels, to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness
  • Coordinate and manage content creation for the company website, blog, social media platforms, and email campaigns to engage our target audience and generate leads
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and target audience insights to optimize marketing efforts and deliver measurable results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and client services, to align marketing initiatives with company objectives and ensure consistent messaging
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic and social media engagement, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in managing and optimizing the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news, regulations, and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain relevant, compliant, and effective

What you bring on day one:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or comparable experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial industry or other heavily regulated sectors
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for various audiences
  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools and techniques, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, creative, and results and data-driven, with a commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for marketing and the financial industry

Through the internal and market data Vise has collected, we expect the salary range for this position to be $100,000 - $130,000 per year, plus a competitive equity package.
