We are seeking scientifically curious Summer Interns who are enthusiastic about the exciting research, discovery and development taking place at Metagenomi. These internships will give you exposure to the biotech industry and provide the opportunity to grow your skills as you partner with Researchers, Scientists, Engineers and other Biotech Professionals at Metagenomi.
The exact projects and responsibilities of these internships will be based on relevant scientific or laboratory experience and interests. Internships are available for college students who are currently enrolled in a college undergraduate or graduate program majoring in the Life Sciences, with interests in careers in the Biotech Industry. This role will be based in Emeryville, California. We are unable to support relocation, housing, or visa sponsorship.
About the Internship
- Duration of program is 8 weeks June 5th 2023 - July 28th 2023
- Ownership of challenging and educational projects
- Work alongside exceptional Life Science Professionals
- Assist with projects in partnership the team
- Participate in project team meetings
Internship Eligibility
- Enrolled currently in an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited college/university
- Ability to complete 8 consecutive weeks June 5th 2023 - July 28th 2023
- Must be 18 years of age prior to start date
- Strict adherence to lab safety rules and regulations
- Effective oral and written communication skills, Flexible and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
We will be offering $25.00 per hour. Please note, all candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
