We are strategically headquartered in Silicon Valley, with team members and office locations established in Perth, Australia, Tokyo, Japan and New Delhi, India that you would collaborate with on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:
·       Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
·       Be liaison for various external vendors and manage the relation
·       Handle and process online ordering
·       Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
·       Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
·       Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
·       Greet and assist visitors.
·       Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
·       Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
·       Managing interview process
·       Manage monthly expense reports
Qualifications:
·       Associate’s Degree in related field
·       2 years minimum administrative experience
·       Excellent computer skills, and managing online tools and services
·       Attention to detail
·       Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
·       Excellent verbal and written skills
·       Self-driven with ability to work independently
·       Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

The base salary range for this position is $60K-$75K per year. SafeAI’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
