Dialpad is looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join and become a key member of the Demand Generation Marketing team.
Your role
As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for working with the demand generation team to implement and analyze paid search campaigns and programs, reporting, analyzing, and providing recommendations that make significant impacts on the business. You will support the strategy and execution of a multi-million dollar paid search program, with the objective of driving revenue through online ecommerce purchases and generating sales pipeline all while continually finding ways to improve spend efficiency for the business.
What you’ll do
- Plan, implement, and analyze the performance of paid search campaigns, identify areas for improvement, notable trends, and opportunities for efficiencies
- Perform campaign data analysis to understand the impact & ROI associated with each campaign to aid in the development of future strategies
- Own day-to-day campaign management: budgeting, building and expanding of campaigns, ad copy writing, landing page testing, bid management, audience building, keyword management, etc.
- Work with cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of analytics projects & initiatives
- Generate reports, documentation, and insights as part of the analysis process
- Leverage story-telling skills to deliver insights that are clear, concise, and actionable
- Work with leadership to update forecasts, provide seasonality estimates, and report out on daily goals
- Work with Creative and Web-development teams to create high performing on-brand copy, landing pages, and other necessary marketing materials
- Attend weekly meetings and provide performance insight to various stakeholders and updates on initiatives
- Work in tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Salesforce, Domo, Google Sheets, Linkedin.
Skills you’ll bring
- 2+ years of hands-on experience planning and executing large-scale SEM campaigns
- Deep understanding of Google and Bing’s bidding algorithms to meet budget and performance goals
- Hybrid of B2B and consumer experience preferred
- Master with Excel and Google Sheets to create and maintain dashboards and provide ad hoc analysis. Comfortable with sumifs ,countifs, vlookup, pivot tablets, etc.
- Solid understanding of multiple digital channels and how they work together (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Display, etc.)
- Ability to combine large amounts of disparate data sets into a single cohesive report
- Track record of experience delivering against marketing targets
- Ad tech product knowledge (Google Analytics, Adobe, Salesforce, etc)
- Experience collaborating with larger marketing teams, business operations, international teams, product teams, sales teams, etc.
- Ability to provide performance updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Google Adwords/Bing Ads certification not required, but a plus
- Team player with a sincere drive to discover and share insights to the larger team
