We are currently hiring several part-time Inventory Clerks to assist us after our recent office move. We are seeking a detail-oriented individuals with great communication skills who would be excited to have exposure in a fast paced, collaborative environment. There could be opportunity to extend or for a full time job with us as we are a growing organization!




Salary Range:  Base + Bonus + Benefits + Equity (if applicable)
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. Information on the benefits offered is here. All offers are contingent on a cleared background check.

Location guidelines-
Onsite = 5 days/week
Hybrid = Several days in the office
Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs

    • Maintaining and updating inventory records
    • Counting material, equipment, or supplies in stock
    • Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
    • Issuing kits, material and equipment or supplies to production.
    • Verify all incoming inventory to be accurate and ensuring all goods are in acceptable condition
    • Properly stocking inventory in designated locations.
    • Provide great customer service when interacting with internal or external customers and ensure all parties receive a positive interaction
    • Other various tasks as assigned
    • Proven work experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar a role with similar or relevant skills
    • Math and analytical skills
    • Communication and interpersonal skills
    • Thrives working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
    • Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel and other company spreadsheet programs
    • Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
    • Personal accountability and integrity are paramount, as an Inventory clerk is tasked with an accurate accounting of all inventory
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as many packages are large
