The Partner Business Development Director is responsible for the management, execution, and expansion of assigned partnerships. You will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships and business with a specified set of partners that deliver solutions or support for our UiPath platform. You will drive cross functional activities with partners and stakeholders to develop, market and sell these differentiated offerings. What you'll do at UiPath Serve as a key member of the UiPath Business Development team and drive negotiations with partners around complex business and related issues (Cognizant) Drive Practice Building, Joint Asset Creation and Sales & Marketing with Partner and UiPath stakeholders Lead the joint partner planning process with limited guidance to develop performance objectives, fiscal targets and critical milestones associated with partner relation Design and execute marketing strategies, strategic growth initiatives and communication materials associated with launching alliance partnerships Program manage complex global initiatives with partner and report out on progress, risk and challenges Establish and leverage relationships throughout all levels of a partner's management structure to identify and engage in business opportunities that benefit the organization. Work with the appropriate executives, management and organizations to engage and operate to ensure success You are data drive and your success will be in helping drive strong business results as measured by joint pipeline, UiPath Licensing pull through and services revenues for the partner(s) What you'll bring to the team BA/BS degree in Business or Computer Science; MBA preferred 10+ years Business Development / Corporate Development / Investment Banking / Product Deployment / Product Management / Corporate Strategy in a Software / Technology Services based company Experience establishing and driving partner initiatives and relationships with Consulting/Advisory, Managed Services or large Systems Integrators Proven track record of successfully working with complex partners, both global and regional on revenue production and cost reduction programs Self-starter, kindness and a positive attitude #LI-KS4 Legal Disclosure At UiPath, we value a range of diverse backgrounds experiences and ideas.
