Your Mission The Partner Sales Executive is responsible for the management, execution, and expansion of assigned partnerships. You will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships and business with a specified set of partners that deliver solutions or support for the UiPath platform. You will drive cross functional activities with partners and stakeholders to develop, market and sell these differentiated offerings. What you'll do at UiPath Serve as a key member of the UiPath Business Development team and drive negotiations with partners around complex business and related issues. Drive Practice Building, Joint Asset Creation and Sales & Marketing with Partner and UiPath stakeholders. Lead the joint partner planning process with limited guidance to develop performance objectives, fiscal targets and critical milestones associated with the UiPath business. Design and execute marketing strategies, strategic growth initiatives and communication materials associated with launching alliance partnerships. Program manage complex initiatives with partner and report out on progress, risk and challenges. Establish and leverage relationships throughout all levels of a partner's management structure to identify and engage in business opportunities that benefit the organization. Work with the appropriate executives, management, and organizations to engage and operate to ensure success. You are data driven and your success will be in helping drive strong business results as measured by joint pipeline, UiPath Licensing pull through and services revenues for the partner(s) What you'll bring to the team Any Graduates with 10+ of experience in B2B sales, Alliance Management, Channel Management & Software License Sales experience, preferably in business process automation, RPA or other enterprise software organizations. Experience establishing and driving partner initiatives and relationships with Consulting/Advisory, Managed Services, or large Systems Integrators. Proven track record of successfully working with complex partners, to develop pipeline, sales, and work through deployment lifecycles.
