The primary focus of this position will be to support payroll processing, 401K benefits, Timecard follow up and GL account posting in a timely, accurate manner. Areas of responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Salary Range:  Base + Bonus + Benefits + Equity (if applicable)
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. Information on the benefits offered is here. All offers are contingent on a cleared background check.

Location guidelines-
Onsite = 5 days/week
Hybrid = Several days in the office
Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs

    • Manage timecards and support with Bi-weekly disbursement of payroll, including garnishments, benefits and taxes to employees consistent with federal and state wage and hour laws
    • Ensure the processing of new hires, contract workers, transfers, promotions and terminations are done accurate and in a timely manner
    • Ensure payroll, timeclock, and benefit systems are set-up and updated to reflect our current employee base, including wages, benefits, sick and vacation time in line with contracts
    • Assist employees with PTO, Time-Card and payroll questions as needed
    • Manage regular preparation of relevant reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.)
    • Any other duties assigned by the Payroll Manager
    • Maintain headcount reports for internal and external reporting
    • Provide supporting schedules as requested by our external auditors
    • Provide support to business partners as needed
    • 2-3 years payroll experience
    • Previous HR experience (preferred)
    • General knowledge of Benefits (medical, life insurance, STD,LTD, etc.)
    • Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel)
    • Must be a team player
    • Must be highly organized
    • Contributes to a welcoming and fun employee culture
    • Experience with UKG
    • Experience using Costpoint
    • Advanced Excel skills
