THE ROLE
As a senior member of the People Team, you will help build our organizational culture and capacity through thoughtful program design, implementation, and monitoring. You will work closely with the Head of People and our leaders and managers to understand and address our most pressing organizational needs as we scale to the next stage of our growth.

    • At least 6+ years in People or Human Resources at a growing company
    • Successful track record for designing and measuring impactful programs and initiatives that have made a difference in organizational and business results
    • Ability to problem solve at the systems level with pragmatism and a focus on execution
    • Ability to deliver on opportunities to improve our talent and people practices holistically
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of integrity
    • Drive to a high bar of execution while juggling multiple projects and roles in a fast-paced environment
    • Deep passion for learning
    • Experience in high-growth tech start-ups, logistics, or robotics spaces
    • Analytics in Excel or Google Sheets
