Presales Operations Manager

Your Mission The successful candidate will work closely with presales leadership to provide critical operational support for our presales process in APJ. In this role, you will be responsible for managing presales operations, coordinating with presales leadership, global analytics teams, presales program office and leading the development of tools and processes to support the presales cycle What you'll do at UiPath Develop and maintain executive-level reporting and dashboards on presales metrics, including pipeline, win/loss rates, and conversion rates, among others Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to presales leadership to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the presales process Build and maintain a library of standard reports and dashboards that can be used by presales to track their progress against targets and KPIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all presales’ processes and tools are aligned with our sales and marketing strategies and objectives. Collaborate with training and enablement teams to anchor capability development initiatives for the APJ presales team Design, Develop and Execute presales rewards and recognition programs across APJ Run monthly/ quarterly business reviews and on-demand programs steered towards improving presales efficiency and effectiveness Develop ,collaborate & maintain competency matrix & training programs for SEs What you'll bring to the team Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in presales operations, sales operations, or a related field. Proven experience in building and maintaining executive-level reporting and dashboards. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
