The Role

As part of the Product team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape scaling access to mental healthcare through sound . Working directly with the Head of Product and across functional teams, you will execute on the vision and roadmap to bring Kintsugi’s Voice API to scale. You will have a deep understanding of clinical workflows, EHR integrations, and seamless UX for patients and clients, iterating on feedback and working closely with clients on delivering Kintsugi’s end-to-end solution for health systems.

Kintsugi offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work. The expected base salary for this position will range from $150,000 - $200,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to conduct and synthesize client & patient interviews and Product Advisory Board feedback (C-Suites across Fortune 50) into roadmap and requirements for engineering
  • Contribute to the Product Roadmap, FDA regulated and non-clinical applications, and partner across Kintsugi functions for strategic alignment
  • Work closely with the Product Design team to test various workflow configurations and features
  • Develop product milestones, lead sprints, and write PRDs

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, managing software products from inception through launch and iteration in healthcare
  • B.S. Computer Science or working equivalence
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experienced in ambitious product launches in technically challenging environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, client-engagement experience

Bonus Qualifications

  • Startup experience and/or AI/ML experience
  • User research and interviewing skills, leading Product Advisories
  • Experience driving adoption of ML-powered APIs and backend services
