Leads a team of integration engineers in developing multiple microfabrication processes.
Interfaces with technology customers in defining goals and timelines.
Acts as advocate for projects on the fab floor.
Essential Duties:
• Guide and develop a team of Integration engineers.
• Work with program teams and process modules to develop fabrication process routes within a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) context.
• Design and execute both process-development and process-optimization projects.
• Lead structured failure-analysis projects.
• Provide wafer tracking and cycle time data analysis to ensure operational efficiency.
• Chip in with hands-on wafer processing and inspection when needed.
Required Skills:
• Advanced degree in the physical sciences or engineering.
• 5+ years of nanofabrication process engineering experience with expertise in one of the basic process engineering disciplines such as lithography, etch, deposition, etc.
• Strong track record of process development, process optimization, DOE methodology, and problem solving.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in essential nanofabrication metrologies and data analysis.
• Organizational and Leadership skills required to lead a group of engineers on a daily basis.
Required Education:
Advanced degree in the physical sciences or engineering.
Special Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000 - $168,000 + bonus + benefits.
