Position :

We are looking for a technical leader to provide guidance and intuition for our content
documentation efforts. We want a creative Content Developer to produce high-quality
documentation, reference guides and other written resources for our internal and external
audiences. This content will have a direct impact on the value our customers get from our
solution. You will join an exciting team and collaboratively work with most groups within the company such as: Customer Success, Support, Engineering, Marketing and Product Managers. You will be responsible to create and manage content that is the source of truth within the company.     • Lead the team of content developers
    • Create training materials and technical documents as directed by the product roadmap
    • Keep the existing learning content up to date with the latest knowledge of our underlying technology
    • Work with stakeholders to gather information needed to verify the accuracy of content
    • Develop processes and approaches to more easily maintain existing content
    • Review existing learning documents for relevance and timeliness; and make recommendations on their path forward
    • Provide ongoing input into product management regarding the current and future training roadmap.
    • 5+ years technical training content development experience developing creative training solutions within high-tech software companies
    • Exceptional writing skills, and the ability to distill complex topics and procedures into simple and understandable language.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of content management systems and platforms
    • Important to have experience in the Finance industry
    • Previous experience in expense management, fraud, compliance, invoice management
    • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence based technology
