Responsibilities :
- As a Product Manager, AI at Level AI, you will be responsible for driving the roadmap for some of the most cutting edge technology such as Generative AI, Contextual Intelligence.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the latest AI technologies and leverage those to solve customer problems.
- You will help Identify, analyze, and prioritize new features based on business and customer impact.
- You will build a go-to-market strategy for a new product/Feature launch to deliver results that ensure the customer and business goals are met in operational launch plans.
- Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow product adoption, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Oversee the product throughout its life cycle, including ideation, prototyping, user research, design, launch, iteration, and end-of-life decisions
- Drive product launches to meet release goals and ensure cross-functional teams have appropriate understanding, are aligned, are prepared, and plans in place to execute and monitor outcomes
- Work with Product Marketing to develop messaging and product positioning that explain technical and business value in simple, understandable terms
- Execute Product Planning and Development – Including customer goals and business requirements for product release, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements, and ownership of product positioning.
- Collaborate with engineering on continuously improving software delivery best practices, Including helping the team make tradeoffs based on customer requirements, QA/testing of the product.
Requirement :
- We want someone with a passion to innovate, who likes working backwards from the customer and can handle complex problems
- A strong fundamental understanding of Computer Science through pursuit of a Bachelor’s, Master’s; prefer MBA, or a related discipline2+ years of experience in product management (experience in a startup environment is a huge plus)Saas experience is preferred
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams across the organization including engineering, marketing, UX
- Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organization—from the end user (technical buyer) to the decision maker (economic buyer)—with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement
