ASAPP builds AI software that allows our customers to supercharge their contact center agents. With our product, enterprises can deliver great customer experiences at scale. AI is changing the world, and at ASAPP we have a history of developing applied machine learning solutions that deliver outsized business outcomes.

ASAPP’s AI Console is the platform that enables us to deliver our products at scale. It is the main interface for our customers’ business stakeholders, who use it to onboard, manage, and configure our products in a no-code application. It is also the main tooling platform through which ASAPP’s delivery teams configure our AI products to the needs of our customers.

We are looking for a Product Manager to partner with delivery, engineering, design, research, and customers to drive the growth of AI Console. In this role, you will be working across our entire product portfolio. Your role will be to build a robust platform that enables us to scale efficiently while serving the needs of enterprise customers.

This role is onsite or hybrid flexible. We have offices in New York City, Northern California, and Bozeman.

    • Develop and execute the product strategy for AI Console, in collaboration with engineering, research, and design
    • Work closely with customers, our delivery organization, and our account teams to understand scalability pain points
    • Perform market research on enterprise B2B onboarding experiences to inform product priorities
    • Define product requirements and prioritize the roadmap, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of features
    • Collaborate with UX and design teams to create a seamless and intuitive user experience for both customers and internal teams using the platform
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration with other product teams, understanding the needs and requirements to deliver each of the products in our portfolio
    • Experience: 2+ years of product management experience or equivalent track record of shipping great products
    • Ownership: Strong sense of accountability and self-motivation, proven record of resourcefulness
    • Collaboration: Cross-functional collaboration experience across multiple engineering teams, design, research, project management, and product
    • Execution: Ability to both execute in the weeds and to zoom out and see the bigger strategic picture
    • Communication: Strong communication skills and expectation management for both internal and external stakeholders
    • Proficiency in machine learning and familiarity with AI products
    • Background delivering enterprise software or engaging with enterprise customers
    • Familiarity with platform or tooling products
    • Experience working in onboarding flows for enterprise customers
