We combine deterministic data and advanced processing techniques to continuously train these algorithms as they optimize our clients’ key performance indicators (KPIs), predicting consumer behavior in order to autonomously drive full-funnel marketing performance at scale.


We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to liaise between the product and its audiences, including sales, marketing, clients and prospective clients. An ideal candidate for this role is able to develop user and buyer personas, has extensive industry knowledge and can effectively research current market trends to develop strategic plans and execution.

This position will be located in New York City with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote (Thursday/Friday).
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to job-related knowledge, level of relevant experience, education and skills.     • Define product positioning and key product messages
    • Work with marketing communications and PR on the development of product launch activities, press releases, and marketing materials
    • Closely follow emerging technology, consumer, and market trends and make recommendations in which urgent and expensive problems we will solve
    • Translate technical details into benefits for the user
    • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative market research
    • Translate and present research findings to multiple departments across organization- marketing, engineering, sales
    • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels
    • Work with various Cognitiv teams to implement strategies
    • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective clients
    • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders
    • Discover new product opportunities
    • Own the Go-to-Market (GTM) plan for products
    • Analyze performance and effectiveness of market activities
    • Calculate ROI to optimize targeting
    • 3-5 years of experience in the AdTech industry with a focus on product marketing
    • Bachelor’s Degree  in a Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar field
    • Understanding of data science and deep learning technologies
    • Experience promoting and growing successful, user-facing AI-based products
    • Possess strong analytical skills; ability to inspect, analyze, and influence using data
    • Proven track record of setting product strategy and features roadmap, delivering high-quality and impactful product launches, working across teams in Services, AI/DL, and Software Engineering
    • High tolerance for change and able to quickly adapt in fast paced ever changing industry
    • Quantitative and qualitative research experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
    • Possess strong analytical skills; ability to inspect, analyze, and influence using data
    • Master’s Degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar field
    • $135,000-$170,000 base + equity
