Product Marketing Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager at Holmusk, you will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy (in partnership with Commercial) and execution for our flagship product, NeuroBlu. NeuroBlu is an analytics platform built on the NeuroBlu Database, a real-world behavioral health datasource based on deep EHR sources, for behavioral health research that is used by researchers, healthcare professionals, and pharmaceutical companies.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the needs and pain points of our target customers and developing marketing campaigns and messaging that effectively communicate the value of NeuroBlu along with the NeuroBlu Database. You will work closely with the product and commercial teams to ensure that our product positioning and messaging are aligned with the market and that we are effectively communicating the value of NeuroBlu to a wide range of target audiences, including life sciences companies, providers, payors, and regulatory bodies.

    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for NeuroBlu, including market segmentation, target audience identification, and messaging development
    • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align product positioning and messaging with market and target audience. Communicate value of real-world data to multiple audiences by collaborating with other teams.
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness of and demand for NeuroBlu, including email campaigns, social media campaigns, and content marketing efforts
    • Own the content calendar for NeuroBlu and tell the story of the brand and company in order to engage prospects, customers, candidates, and partners
    • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and insights to continuously optimize and improve campaign performance
    • Work with product and commercial teams to gather customer feedback and success stories to inform product development and showcase NeuroBlu's value.
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape
    • Collaborate with industry partners and thought leaders to promote real-world data and evidence in behavioral health, as well as research use cases for the NeuroBlu Database alongside the MedSci team.
    • Develop and present sales materials, including demos, presentations, and case studies. Assist the Commercial team in writing proposals and pitching to potential and current clients.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related work experience
    • 5+ years of experience in product marketing and/or product management, preferably in the healthcare or tech industry in startup settings
    • Experience in B2B marketing in the healthcare industry is required
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to both internal and external audiences; strong presentation skills
    • Experience and interest in communicating value of data products
    • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize by setting and measuring goals (and understanding urgent vs important)
    • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
    • Experience working with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
    • Experience gathering and analyzing data to inform marketing strategy and campaign optimization
    • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo or Hubspot
    • Experience with customer success or support platforms such as Intercom or Zendesk
    • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
    • Experience with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude or others

    • Other skillsets that will be an added advantage
    • Familiarity with the pharma research lifecycle and/or the behavioral health industry is a plus, but not required
    • Experience (1+ years) analyzing data and generating reports
    • Familiarity with Excel, Sheets, and SQL for ad-hoc reporting
    • Experience working with modern business intelligence and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Metabase
    • Familiarity with EHR data, claims, or other real world data source
