As our Product Marketing Manager, you will work to develop and drive the growth and value proposition for the product and marketing initiatives. You'll be leading product marketing execution and activities with the help of our VP of Marketing. The role is inherently cross-functional -- you will partner with product management, software engineering, customer success, sales, and external customers. We are looking for someone with an established track record in product marketing, competitive analysis, and content development for SaaS, ML, AI, or Customer Service.  This is an independent contributor role to start with the potential opportunity to build a team as the company grows.

    • Provide sales enablement by creating customer-facing one-pagers, competitive and sales presentations, demo scripts, email templates, battle cards, and ROI tools.
    • Enable sales reps via training and sales tools on the latest product features, competitive intelligence and key differentiators that help accelerate the sales cycle.
    • Research market, product, and competitive dynamics and industry trends and socialize findings and recommendations with the team.
    • Develop frameworks to create positioning against competitors on an ongoing basis.
    • Help launch new products and features coming out of engineering (Go-To-Market pricing, naming, coordination of timing, communication to customers, messaging into Sales and Marketing).
    • Create and present compelling, high-quality content across the funnel, including, webinars, product-related materials, and website content.
    • Define Netomi's customer journey and global customer marketing strategy.
    • Run onboarding and nurturing programs to make our customers successful.
    • Identify critical touchpoints to drive customer renewal and expansion opportunities.
    • Build a pipeline of customer marketing content, including customer stories, videos, quotes, webinars, and infographics.
    • Support pricing and packaging initiatives for a new product or cross-portfolio packages.
    • 2+ years of experience delivering compelling product revenue growth and product marketing results in enterprise software or SaaS.
    • Self-starter, able to deliver high output with great quality in a dynamic startup environment.
    • Strong writer of compelling, concise, effective customer-facing marketing materials.
    • Technical understanding and/ or experience with AI/ML, SaaS, and/or customer support software.
    • Demonstrable domain expertise in any of the following: product strategy, product marketing, enterprise sales collateral, enterprise go-to-market strategies, AI-based technologies.
    • Ability to develop product strategy and execute against strategic plans.
    • Ability to juggle projects simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
    • Experience managing and developing new outbound product programs with clear data-driven results.
    • Experience managing product positioning, messaging, market and competitive analysis, and product pricing and packaging.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
    • Analytical, inquisitive, creative mindset.
    • Passionate storyteller who can articulate a compelling vision both verbally and in writing.
    • Excellent relationship with Product Team, Sales Team, Marketing Team and Leadership Team.
    • Flexible to change in direction.

    • Engineering (or related) background.
    • Previous experience in AI, customer support software, or chatbots.
