Your Mission Marketplace – Product Program Manager The Program Manager role inside the Marketplace team requires a combination of both technical and soft skills. We are looking for a person who will thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be discouraged or hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. You are expected to be inquisitive, open minded, ideas driven and motivated to adapt yourself and align processes around you with the constantly changing requirements. What you'll do at UiPath Manage the quality, security, and functionality review process for Marketplace submissions. Assist publishers with feedback on how to properly submit the code in alignment with Marketplace Publishing Guidelines. Own and further develop as needed the certification programs for Marketplace submissions. Keep in close contact with the Security team regarding testing best practices, tools etc. Stay up to date with UiPath product releases to perform accurate reviews of Marketplace submissions. Own and optimize the yearly content audit program, to ensure the content is accurate and updated (outdated compatibilities, obsolete functionalities etc.). Lead/Support meetings with Marketplace partners (UiPath partners, Tech Alliance partners etc.) on diverse topics (technical demos, technical support etc.). Foster robust and trusted relationships with partners to enable their contributions to the Marketplace content. Coordinate feedback and insight from stakeholder engagements to improve the product, and overall partner experience. Provide technical input for the team on different initiatives / implementation proposals. Perform additional duties as required to contribute to continuous growth. What you'll bring to the team A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant degree. Experience with C# and Java / .NET is a must. Previous experience of 3 to 7 years in similar roles. Understanding of security threats, malware vulnerabilities,forsecurity code review reports. Ability to effectively engage and work with a global team. Strong conceptual and analyticalskills with demonstrated outside-the-box problem solving skills. Results oriented. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple, competing, and conflicting priorities simultaneously. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired. Self-motivated, takes initiative and is willing to accept responsibilities for results. Proactive team player.
