Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Product Managers and articulate crisply and clearly the capabilities, functionalities, and business benefits of our products and solutions in customer-facing material such as user guides, knowledge articles, videos, and in-platform documentation such as tooltips, welcome instructions.
- Be Level AI expert and thought leader on the customer, latest AI technology trends, and the players in the market.
- Become the go-to person for marketing and customer success teams to understand the ins and outs of our product.
- Create knowledge articles on complex AI-based product features in easy-to-understand language for a non-technical customersBuild content that differentiates Level AI by understanding customer pain points.
- Tailor messaging to various persona and customersTrack usage of training materials and gather customer feedback on support documentation to prioritize future training investments.
Skills/Competencies :
- Stellar copywriting skillsExcellent verbal communicator
- Self-sufficient: can produce customer-training documents, training videos, knowledge articles and other in-platform documentation with minimal supervision and guidance.
- Strategic: understand the space, the customer, and the criticality of his/her role in the organizationPassionate about great enterprise software, AI, and innovative products.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree a plus
- 3+ years of Product/technical writing experience in Enterprise Software (experience in a startup environment is a huge plus)
- Saas experience is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums
