Initiate, set goals, initiatives and measure results for programs based on the organization’s strategic objectives.
End to end management of multiple interdisciplinary development programs from specification to delivery.
Management of the scope and timescales of the plans which form a given development, as well as petitioning for the resources necessary for the execution of those plans.
Day-to-day management of projects and programs, along with creation and management of status dashboards and issue tracking.
Program risk management leadership - uncovering, understanding and managing scope, timescale and cost risk associated with each program. Working across the business to deliver mitigations for each highlighted risk over the duration of the program.
Working with R&D, engineering, product management, sales and operations teams to deliver pragmatic, integrative solutions to technical and logistical problems.
Preparation of dashboards and summary project documentation.
Leadership of key internal and external stakeholder communication.
Development of appropriate program management processes; identification and integration of best practice and management of continuous improvement.

5+ years’ experience in project/program management in a technology business.
Strong focus on execution and delivery, with attention to detail.
Experience of silicon, software and embedded system development.
Strong alignment with agile/lean methodologies.
Extensive experience of working in a matrixed development environment.
Sophisticated relationship and influencing skills. The successful individual needs to be comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups from C-level downwards.
Outstanding communication skills.
Resilient and determined; engaged and a critical thinker; a problem solver.
Experience of edge AI applications.
Relevant project/program management certification.
Experience of appropriate quality standards, e.g. ISO9001:2015.
