Your Mission Provide tactical support to the Global Services Leadership team to enable the execution of GS Strategy and ensure an optimal operational environment for the Global Services Managers and employees Implement the achievement of business targets and the smooth operations of the Global Services functions by optimizing the processes, and improving the KPIs and efficiency. Combine analytical skill with creativity to lead the organization towards achieving greater operational efficiency and growth Experienced in overseeing operational systems, processes, and knowledge assets while looking for opportunities for improvement or revision. What you'll bring to the team 8-12 years of career experience out of which at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Business Operations and Project Management Manage relationships amongst stakeholders by building confidence and trust with clear professional communications and assured expectation management. Ensure team members are informed, have clear goals, and work collaboratively and in partnership with clients and other stakeholders to achieve planned outcomes. Drive project execution; track delivery; expect, monitor and control change, own change management; proactively seek and resolve blockers. Record information accurately and consistently using appropriate systems and provide and communicate timely information to relevant parties. Seek stakeholder insight and feed it into improved processes while ensuring compliance with governance and standards. Manage projects within agreed governance structures and processes, to ensure consistency of approach and efficient use of resources. ITIL / Project Management (PMP or Prince2) / Agile / Scrum Master certifications would be an advantage. Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes and to identify and capture lessons learned to enable continuous improvement. Contribute to the provision of documentation for new or improved processes, products and services and to ensure that good practice is disseminated throughout the organisation.
