We are currently seeking a program scheduler to support the development of advanced test systems.
Essential Duties:
Generate schedules capturing project tasks, predecessor/successor relationships, and resource loading
Work with project leads to capture and report project status
Generate periodic schedule-based reports, such as critical path assessments and labor forecasts
Support budget-schedule integration activities
Support cost and schedule estimating efforts for proposal preparation
Support variance reporting
Required Skills:
Minimum three (3) years scheduling experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Project
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance

Special Requirements:
US Citizenship

Prefer Experience setting up and reporting program earned value
Prefer Experience supporting contracts with US Government customers
Prefer Earned Value Management certification
Prefer Project Management certification
Prefer Active TS/SCI security clearance

Compensation:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000 - $168,000 + bonus + benefits.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. ยง 120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
