Your Mission This a role is within the Strategic Engagements and Transformation team at UiPath which is envisaged to help our clients adopt and scale Intelligent Automation across the enterprise. Candidate should have deep understanding of Public Sector and related government agencies and their business processes/technology imperatives. What you'll do at UiPath Provides a strong point of view on how automation, AI/ML and Process Mining fits into the government landscape Partner closely with UiPath Public Sector Sales teams for value-based selling and help build re-useable assets and artefacts that can be used across automation programs from selling and delivery perspective Define and help develop reusable Industry Solution Accelerators for Public Sector clients Lead thought leadership through whitepapers, points of views, proof of concepts, demos and industry best practices What you'll bring to the team 10+ years of relevant work experience with exposure to advisory or consulting roles Ability to travel 3-4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations. Public Sector Business and Ops/Technology consulting (big 4 or equivalent preferred) experience Ability to demonstrate a process understanding of the Public Sector l value chain and operational challenges Understanding or hands on experience with government administration, contact center, public transit, public utilities, public safety, education, and associated Public Sector business segments Experience in one or more of the areas: Process Optimization, Re-Engineering, Functional Architecture, Automation Strategy Should be able to engage with CXOs and RPA COE heads to convince on solutions and product offerings, drive strategy/transformation work, and manage implementation programs.
