Your Mission Your Mission The Public Sector team at UiPath work across the whole Central Public Sector landscape. Our sales team is built with entrepreneurial and high-energy software sales executives, who have great knowledge of their public sector verticals. They work every day with C-level executives and Public Sector leaders to deliver business and individual value at client organisations. This role will drive growth and increase our sales footprint within the Public Sector vertical. What you'll do at UiPath Develop relationships with public sector stakeholders; Achieve set sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedule. Build UiPath’s brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting, and selling UiPath solutions, leveraging a value-based selling approach. Educate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and operationally. Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Customer Success groups to ensure customer receives maximum value throughout life-cycle. Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs. What you'll bring to the team A hands-on approach to creating pipeline, running sales engagements, and taking business to contract signature. Resilient and entrepreneurial. Ability to navigate a client organisation and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership. Track record of success driving consistent meeting activity and pipeline development. Achievement of quarterly and annual quota delivering software solutions, showing strong incremental growth rates year on year. High aptitude for cross functional collaboration and cross functional influence, both internally and externally. Data-orientated approach to planning and forecasting, as well as personal performance.
