    • Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure timely procurement, ordering and delivery of requested hardware, software and other tools/materials
    • Responsible for vendor management and maintenance with focus on hardware, software and services
    • Oversee credit card program including card management and on-going transactional support, payments and recording
    • Select and implement a travel agency program to prepare for growth and future travel needs
    • Develop purchasing and T&E policies and guidelines in partnership with the Controller
    • Collaborate with finance and ‘customers’ to review, assess and implement purchasing software tool
    • Ability to mange supplier relationships and develop sourcing and supplier strategies
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting as needed
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or closely related field
    • 5+ years of progressive purchasing experience
    • Experience working in a lab and/or research environment
    • Must be extremely detail oriented ensuring accuracy with a strong ‘customer’ service attitude
    • Strong systems knowledge; Experience working with ERP systems
    • Self-motivated individual with proven ability to routinely initiate and deliver projects successfully with minimal supervision
