Team Description:

You will be part of the Quality Systems (QS) Team. QS has a blend of engineers who are responsible for executing design validations, test method validations, sterilization validations, software validations, and manufacturing process validations.

Job Responsibilities and Description:

As a Quality Validation Engineer Intern at Neuralink, you will be a part of the Quality Systems team responsible for supporting cross-functional teams in software validation, process validation and manufacturing validations.

  • Draft and execute validation protocols.
  • Creating creative testing structure meeting regulatory compliance per 21 CFR 820 and 21 CFR 58.
  • Must be an excellent communicator who can clearly and effectively communicate ideas to cross functional team members.
  • Has advanced knowledge in the areas of Risk Management and Statistical Techniques.
  • Excellent people skills.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum BS degree.
  • Action-Oriented/High Energy.

  • Excellent at putting plans into action.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understands how to build processes.
  • Understands GD&T and statistical techniques.
  • Attention to detail and organization.
  • Good with Python.
  • Excellent with Gsuite.
  • Good at simplifying.

Pay Transparency:

Based on California law, the following details are for California individuals only:

California hourly rate range: $35 - $40 and eligible for benefits.

Your actual base salary and level will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
