Helm.ai is an AI software company building the next generation of AI technology for autonomous driving. While our technology is being scaled to solve all of the subtasks and corner cases needed for L4 deployment, we productize our software for L2/L3 autonomy and large scale validation on consumer vehicles. Helm's goal is to integrate the software you build into hundreds of millions of vehicles in the coming years.

In this role, you will:

Be responsible for development and implementation of ASPICE, ISO 26262 and ISO 21448 processes and guidelines.
Develop a new quality and safety assurance framework for ML development.
Work together with assessors for ASPICE, ISO 26262 and ISO 21448 assessments and audits.
Be responsible for implementation of IATF 169494.
Provide quality training to Helm.ai stakeholders and engineering teams.
Be responsible for management of quality of projects including conducting scheduled project audits and tracking closure of non conformances.
Be responsible to meet customer quality requirements, engage customers on all Helm.ai quality related discussions.
Be responsible for establishing supplier quality processes and addressing any supplier quality issues.

We're looking for someone with:
Interest in development of novel quality and safety assurance frameworks for ML technology.
Experience in implementing or managing ASPICE quality processes and standards.
Experience in implementing IATF 16949 is desired.
ISO 26262 and ISO 21448 experience is desired.
Communicative skills to develop and enthusiasm quality and safety assurance within the Helm.ai organization.
Knowledge of Software Development life cycles and use of tools like JIRA, requirements management tools like Jama is a plus.
