The Role:

As our Channel Sales, Partner Manager, you will work closely with our CRO and Sales team to ensure we have fruitful relationships with our customers and partners. This role will help the team hit company revenue targets and be a key part of our growth strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build out and nurture channel relationships
  • Recruit, train, and make productive channel partners
  • Work with CRO to drive revenue through partners reselling and offering Aisera as part of their service offerings
  • Assist partners co-selling our products and services
  • Own partner relationships and coordinate go to market activities across both Aisera and partner teams.

What You’ll Need:

  • 8-15yrs of experience, with at least 5 years leading a team
  • Prior experience leading a team
  • Degree(s) preferred
