You are a data-oriented product manager that cares about the success of users. Your main drive is understanding customer behavior and improving the platform to increase product adoption and customer retention. You are a KPI geek. You use product analytics tools to analyze user sessions and to identify bottlenecks that create barriers for the user. You cannot stand UX issues and you are opinionated on UI design. You talk with customers, a lot. You are continuously focusing on closing the customer feedback loop. You are a Jawa looking for customer pains on Tatooine. You love product market fit and product-led growth is your creed.

    • As Growth Product Manager you will be responsible for shaping product strategies to grow the user adoption and retention of our platform
    • Own the adoption and retention KPIs: from their definition, implementation, and constant monitoring
    • Establish usage KPIs, and help customers harness the full power of the platform to achieve value for their business and users
    • Own the customer feedback loop: from the definition to all the channels to the collection and prioritization of the customer needs
    • Ensure customer satisfaction across the engagement lifecycle and with the end solution
    • Define the strategies and features to ensure the customer success: from AB testing to new feature adoption
    • Own the product analytics tools. From their configuration to the communication of the insights to the whole organization
    • 3+ years of professional experience in Growth Product in a B2C company or B2B with PLG strategy
    • Intermediate-level quantitative analytics skills, including at least data analysis skills
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Experienced in advocating for customer issues or needs
    • Able to clearly communicate concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels and in different contexts
    • An understanding of design thinking, user research, and user testing
    • Experience with online Growth, Lead Acquisition, SEO, and Performance Marketing is a plus
    • Ability to thrive in rapidly changing environments, with a strong willingness and ability to eliminate ambiguity and execute
