Dialpad is looking for a Sales Campaign Manager to join and become a key member of the sales & marketing team. You will be directly contributing to the growth of our business by creating, coordinating, and executing on compelling go-to-market campaign motions along with creating and contributing to Outreach content sequences and performance.

Your role

As a Sales Campaign Manager, you thrive at building modern and engaging campaigns that stick out from the crowd. You will be responsible for our lead journey strategy, sales automation, messaging, managing inbound and outbound sales communications (phone, email, SMS, social media touches), reporting, analysis, and providing recommendations based on learnings.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee the lifecycle of inbound and outbound campaigns that are conducted by our sales teams
  • Prioritize and execute requests from teams to support campaign efforts and architect Outreach.io sequences according to their requirements
  • Partner with SDR Leadership, Sales and Marketing teams to create, edit, coordinate, and update sales-ready email copy and LinkedIn connection content
  • Coordinate all data needs, content needs, and sales team training to execute the Outbound engagement with target segments/markets
  • Analyze the performance of campaign elements that are driving the highest positive response and leverage for future programs
  • Responsible for quality control and inspection of sequences, creating net-new content, and maintaining/updating existing content
  • Create and manage a central repository of campaigns by region and by time (week/month/quarter) for reference by the sales team
  • Maintenance of rulesets, profiles, org settings, user settings, and other configurations.
  • Maintain the Outreach sync with Salesforce, including mapping new fields, configuring settings, and resolving sync errors
  • Run standard Office Hours, conduct trainings, and create documentation to increase user adoption

Skills you’ll bring

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years experience in a systems-focused role supporting a business function
  • Significant lead automation skills with Outreach.io
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills, able to flawlessly transition between conversations with operations, business development, and marketing teams
  • Experience with using Salesforce.com CRM
  • Familiarity with Account Based Selling strategy
  • Meticulous approach to everything you do and understand the importance of minimizing errors in customer-facing work
  • Strong organizational and project management skills required to manage a high volume of concurrent requests while maintaining quality
  • Enthusiasm for cross-functional and collaborative work, comfortable interfacing with multiple stakeholders
  • Team player with a sincere drive to see your stakeholders succeed
  • Self-sufficient, can complete project requests independently
