The Role:

As a member of the Aisera Enablement team, the Sales Enablement Manager will empower employees to do the best work of their careers, over-achieve targets, and drive the success of our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and rollout of onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for our Account Executives, Sales Managers and SDRs. You will partner cross-functionally to build and deliver curriculum on Aisera messaging, products, processes, and role-based skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify need for, and create and deliver product, skills, and process trainings to customer-facing teams
  • Work with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, Pre-sales, and Customer Success teams to author and edit Sales training content, client messaging, curriculum
  • Manage sales tools and content library
  • Own logistics of sales onboarding programs
  • Organize large virtual and live training events
  • Create and deliver new hire training, quarterly trainings, and ad hoc trainings
  • Gather feedback from sales & sales development teams to support continuous improvement of enablement programs
  • Measure the success of enablement programs and initiatives

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years in combined sales and/or sales enablement experience at a high growth technology company
  • Experience building and managing sales onboarding and/or ongoing enablement programs
  • Proven program management skills
  • Ability to design and deliver curriculum
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for training delivery
  • Interest in learning and enablement principles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with ITSM and RPA is a plus
