The Role:

The Sales Enablement Operations Analyst will play a key role in driving pipeline operations and visibility for the Aisera sales team. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales reporting and analysis, optimizing sales systems and processes, and measuring the impact of sales enablement initiatives. You will be a key resource for Sales and Sales Development leaders in identifying and solving business challenges through cross functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage sales reporting and analysis cadence
  • Communicate progress and gaps on key metrics with SDRs, AEs and Sales Leaders
  • Optimize key sales systems and workflows starting with Outreach
  • Analyze and report on performance of Outreach sequences and messaging
  • Analyze sales performance including pipeline generation and attainment and provide insights on opportunities for improvement
  • Report on enablement progress, completion, and business impact leveraging our LMS and content management tool
  • Assist with lead routing and data integrity to drive efficiency of SDR and AE teams

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of Sales Operations and/or Sales Enablement Operations experience at growing technology companies
  • Knowledge of common sales roles and principles and experience working directly with SDRs/BDRs, Account Executives and Sales Leaders
  • Salesforce and Outreach Admin skills – certifications are a plus
  • Comfortable in a startup environment; we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working directly with Senior Sales leaders and executives
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or Economics is a plus
