We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to work closely with our sales and professional services teams. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting data, creating detailed reports, and managing systems and reports to ensure smooth operations.

    • Ensure consistency of data across various sources.
    • Maintain the accuracy of Salesforce and backend data by keeping information accurate and up-to-date.
    • Collaborate with the team on special projects, providing support as needed.
    • Assist the team in preparing hit lists.
    • Take accurate minutes of meetings and share them with relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain detailed records and track all sales and inventory activities.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
    • +2  years of working experience (internships included).
    • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Prior experience working with MS programs.
    • Flexible to travel on Business trips to KSA and UAE.
