Who you are:

You are a Salesforce Professional with over 5 years of experience working with Salesforce and supporting a high growth go to market organization.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications and custom integrations with a variety of internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities, as well as experience with Apex, Visualforce, and other tools and technologies used in Salesforce development. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to adapt to changing business needs.

Specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and Lightning components
  • Write Apex triggers, controllers, and classes to support business logic and integration with other systems
  • Create and maintain Visualforce pages and Lightning components for custom user interfaces
  • Collaborate with other members of the development team to ensure that solutions are aligned with business requirements and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other team members
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of development processes and practices
  • Take on technical ownership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, and testing
  • Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
  • Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code
  • Drive scalable, comprehensive solutions within Salesforce CPQ/Steelbrick

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
  • Knowledge of best practices for software development and testing
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with GTM Organization or Sales Operations
  • Hands-on experience in an administrative role

Colorado: $97,000-$119,000 USD

New York/California/Washington: $108,000-$132,000 USD
