Processing expense reports and reimbursements Cash reconciliation Cash application Manual journal entries Fixed assets / Lease Accounts Payables Payroll Month-end closing process Flux analysis Reconciliation Reporting Perform SOX controls GAAP Adjustment at FY end Respond to Auditors (Accounting, SOX, Tax) Manage policy and rules related to Accounting operations Process improvements What you'll bring to the team Qualifications and desired skills: Bachelor’s degree – major in accounting, finance or business or equivalent experience CPA or US-CPA is preferred. Experiences of Accounting more than three years Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is essential Knowledge of NetSuite (preferred) or other ERP or Concur High attitude towards quality and accurateness and quantitative skills and strong sense of responsibility Develops good client relationships and good relations with the colleagues Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results. Fluent level Japanese, Experience of internal English communication and/or passion to use English practically.
