We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in Michigan or Bay area, CA.
Salary Range: Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range is between $144,500 - $204,000 for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.

    • Develop partnership and business development strategy for our autonomous driving technology.
    • Work closely with management team to build and manage partner relationships with tech companies, OEM and Tier 1.
    • Act as ambassador for prospective customers and partners.
    • Create compelling pitches, demos, educational talks to engage with prospective partners.
    • Generatae attractive deal structures and negotiate agreement with customers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional leadsers in R&D, product, and legal.
    • Work closely with management team to refine WeRide business plan and technology roadmap.

    • 5-7+ years of experience in business development/partnerships in the AI product, transportation or related industry.
    • Proven track record in both sales and strategic partnership development for emerging technologies.
    • Self-motivation, creativity, hustle, and a sense of urgency to deliver on team goals. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, project management, interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience working cross-functionally to resolve technical, contractual and financial issues to close deals
