Your Mission As a Senior Business Development Representative you will create new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers while outbound prospecting with the Account Executives. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and prospecting into new accounts. You will use your communication skills to cultivate meaningful relationships with prospects from first contact to initial conversation. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. What you'll do at UiPath Generate highly qualified meetings with potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods Understand the needs of potential customers and educate them on the benefits of UiPath's products and services Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system Continuously improve knowledge of UiPath's products and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential customers Continuing to look for ways of incorporating automation into daily work What you'll bring to the team Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance or related field Fluent English skills and fluency in Arabic or Spanish are required Exceptional verbal and written communications skills Advanced knowledge in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Exposure/experience with Salesforce is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to deliver engaging presentations Strong organizational and time management skills Automation first mindset and collaborative approach Legal Disclosure At UiPath, we value a range of diverse backgrounds experiences and ideas.
