Senior Compensation Analyst

Your Mission The Senior Compensation Analyst will support global business units for all compensation related matters. This role is responsible for providing support and administration of our compensation programs, as well as annual compensation planning cycles. What you'll do at UiPath Provide support to our Compensation and HR business partners for support our different business units. Will work closely to provide data and analytics to be shared with executive level leaders to support compensation needs Conduct ad-hoc compensation analysis, such as market pricing, FLSA analysis, new job creation, etc. Support offer process for new hires, internal transfers, etc. Participate in design, testing and administration of annual focal point review for salary increases, bonus payments and/or equity process. May include developing budgets, guidelines, manager training materials to support successful review cycles Evaluate program requests by business leaders and develop tools, program guidance and supporting procedures Participate in market pricing activities to review compensation surveys and perform analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices are in place Create and present program rollouts and other information to HR community, manager community, employees etc. as needed Document policies, procedures, and workflows to maximize efficiency and consistency Develop and maintain compensation analytics for leadership and business partners What you'll bring to the team 2 or more years of compensation experience in a fast-paced, high technology industry Experience managing and developing compensation programs in multiple countries/regions preferred Strong Excel skills with ability to analyze data and use that data to provide a compelling story/business case needed Presentation and communication skills necessary to explain compensation and other concepts clearly to a broad audience Experience with Workday preferred #LI-CS1 Legal Disclosure At UiPath, we value a range of diverse backgrounds experiences and ideas.
