Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Sr Demand Generation Manager will own the Paid Ads strategy for Ada. From working collaboratively with the Campaigns, Web and Product Marketing teams to ensuring your vision is executed with our DG agency, you’ll own the vision, the strategy and the execution. We’re looking for someone who can be hands-on in-platform, but also understands how to connect brand and demand generation strategies with innovative performance marketing campaigns - ultimately nurturing customers through the stages of the decision making process. You’ll be a great fit if you thrive on analytics and KPIs, have urgency while knowing how to prioritize the most impactful work and are able to work closely with the rest of the marketing team to help our overall marketing strategy come to life.

The expected salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
    • Demonstrated experience using paid channels to grow pipeline in pre-IPO Enterprise B2B SAAS company (it’s not the # of years but the results you’ve obtained that matter - however, if we’re guessing, use 5-6 years experience in DG as a benchmark)
    • Experience owning a total paid budget and using it to create a clear channel strategy. (We like to target an 80/20% ratio - with 80% of your spend going towards predictable spend and 20% going towards testing)
    • Strong knowledge and platform experience in Linkedin Ads, Google Adwords, Google Analytics and 6sense
    • Experience managing an agency
    • Experience with Account Based Marketing
    • Ability to both create an integrated paid ads strategy and execute if needed
    • Flexible yet focused approach - you know how to create a roadmap and remain focused to get where you need to go however are able to optimize or adjust when something comes up (it will)
    • Nice to have: experience with Hubspot, SFDC, Clearbit, Youtube Ads, Facebook Ads
    • Hit pipeline goals leveraging the paid media program budget
    • In close collaboration with our agency, monitor and optimize keywords, audiences, placements, geos, and messaging to improve results. Optimize towards improving ROAS and lower CPMQ (cost per MQL)
    • Leverage industry best practices and create a testing roadmap to grow our knowledge of what works and what doesn’t - channels by funnel stage, targeting/spend/personalization by channel etc.
    • Create two streams of work for Paid Ads - Always-On strategy and support for Campaigns/Events that both integrate into our Major Milestones Marketing Calendar for the year
