Our team has extensive years of experience building and operating business-critical machine learning systems at leading tech companies like Uber, Google, Facebook, Airbnb, Twitter, and Quora, and we’re now bringing those same capabilities to every organization in the world.

As a senior member of our Growth Marketing team, you’ll drive Demand Generation initiatives for the Tecton Feature Platform, our core product that is redefining the future of data for real-time Machine Learning.

As trailblazers of a new market category, we have more opportunities for new demand-generation strategies and tactics than we can execute. Your mission will be to identify the best ideas, prioritize based on impact, execute, iterate and scale demand generation activities to reach and exceed our goals.

    • Plan, drive, and execute demand gen activities (webcasts, digital events, in-person events, gated content…) in collaboration with Content and Product Marketing and other departments
    • Own technical setup for demand generation activities: set up forms, landing pages, marketing emails, webinars, digital events, etc.
    • Build, run, and monitor paid, email, and digital campaigns; measure and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to align objectives and targeting, and kickstart ABM activities
    • Improve, implement and scale lead nurturing strategy
    • Maintain a regular feedback loop with product and content marketing to drive ongoing improvements in campaign performance and conversion rates
    • Own and manage our in-person event sponsorships/attendance
    • In partnership with content marketing, identify 3rd-party conferences, podcasts, digital channels, or publications, to submit Tecton speakers/content and manage the submission process
    • Optimize website for conversion
    • Own attribution, data collection, lead scoring, and analytics
    • Collaborative : Demonstrated ability to deliver business outcomes in a cross-functional setting. Able to interface well with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Sales.
    • Entrepreneurial : Scrappy, self-motivated, curious, and resourceful (Creative, Bold, Risk Taking)
    • Strategic thinker / innovativ e: Brings a strong analytical foundation and a problem-solver attitude. Able to ideate, plan, and execute on innovative demand gen campaigns to drive results in a new space where we are still in the process of exploring what works best. Has strong intuition for ROI and is able to demonstrate what is (or isn’t) working.
    • Result-Driven: Track record of exceeding expectations. Short- and long-term impact are the guiding principles to prioritize projects.
    • At least 4 years of experience as a Demand Generation individual contributor in a SaaS B2B company
    • At least 2 years of experience in a developer-first company, ideally with a combination of bottoms-up adoption and enterprise sales.
    • Experience driving omni-channel programs from planning to execution across email, social, paid digital and on-site events
    • Experience with marketing automation stack (Salesforce and Hubspot preferred)
    • Experience with Ad platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
