System1 is looking for an experienced product leader to lead our efforts as an enterprise Ad tech leader. In this role, you will be focused on building entrepreneurial product teams utilizing cutting-edge machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms that power automation and optimization capabilities for one of the biggest real-time user acquisition marketing platforms in the world - reaching 100s of millions of users every month.

The ideal candidate will have experience building product teams focussed on delivering AI solutions for advertising, at enterprise scale. You continuously seek out knowledge about the latest advancements in product management and its application to enterprise SaaS applications. You have a proven track record of leadership, people management, and thought leadership around enterprise SaaS solutions.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $231,400 - $347,100 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. System1’s headquarters is located in Marina del Rey, CA with additional offices in Bellevue, WA and Guelph, ON, Canada. Employees near office locations are returning to the office. Location-specific policies and available accommodations will be discussed during the interview process.

    • Product Strategy & Vision:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with System1's business objectives.
    • Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with company vision and goals.
    • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
    • Drive collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launches.
    • Market & Customer Insight:
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
    • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs, translating these insights into actionable product features and improvements.
    • Product Development & Execution:
    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
    • Work closely with engineering teams to define product specifications and manage product development processes.
    • Ensure product quality and performance meet System1's high standards.
    • Performance & Optimization:
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and track progress against them.
    • Continuously optimize products based on data-driven insights, user feedback, and performance metrics.
    • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure System1 remains at the forefront of Ad Tech innovation.
    • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Adtech or related industries.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering high-impact products in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, programmatic advertising, and data analytics.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • B.S. or M.S. preferably in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
    • 10+ years of combined experience in Product Management, with a focus on Ad Tech or related industries.
    • Proven track record of execution and delivery of enterprise SaaS products.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) as a people manager and mentor,  in the product management space.
    • Experience researching AI/ML industry trends and applying to product strategy and roadmap.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with a variety of internal stakeholders and external partners and clearly articulate product vision to the rest of the organization.
