This role is a full-stack senior growth marketer reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for developing, planning, executing and optimizing various digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will work 1-to-1 with our CEO to own the entire acquisition funnel and partner with our Sales team to drive leads and revenue.

  • Creative & non-traditional , you love trying out new ideas and can create engaging stories people love. Visual chops are a plus.
  • Improvement-oriented, you don’t accept the status quo if there is a logical way to do something more efficiently or effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be doing ...

  • Drive Growth: plan, execute and measure various campaigns, drive top-of-the-funnel growth. Continually optimize content, messaging and collateral to improve conversions.
  • Develop Content: Produce content to help us start ranking for key terms. Develop collateral to assist Sales with messaging. Build a brand.
  • Manage conversions: You will manage our websites and marketing collateral. You’re comfortable working with products like Framer, have some basic creative/design sense and are comfortable diving into HTML.
  • Community build: Social proof will be a core strategy for us. You will plan and execute aggressive G2 crowd/etc campaigns to grow our online awareness.

Your Experience and Intangible Traits:

The ideal candidate will possess the following competencies:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B Saas growth marketing, experience owning processes end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated track record growing a SaaS company to $1m ARR
  • Ability to identify and track data traffic, engagement, and trends
  • Highly developed organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluency in English. Excellent writing, communication and editing skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally with all members of the team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced, high-stakes startup environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Creative skills a major plus
  • Experience you can speak on doing large, successful launches across different channels (Producthunt, press, etc.)
  • Proven ability to prioritize and execute, based on what will be most impactful to the business
