Reporting to the Lead HRBP this role is responsible for supporting the team and organization as we continue to develop our People Programs (employee development, performance management, manager training, inclusion, diversity, etc). The Sr HRBP serves as a consultant to employees on a variety of human resources-related issues. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs while communicating needs proactively with the HR team and leadership to develop coordinated solutions. The position also formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver valuable service to leaders and employees.

    • Build strong and trusted relationships with leaders and employees alike
    • Provide comprehensive HR support in areas of onboarding, recruiting, compensation, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, talent management, and learning and development
    • Assist with compensation plan oversight including pricing of roles for recruiters, hiring managers, assisting managers with merit guidance, and completing compensation surveys
    • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management  on delivering development plans, feedback, and performance reviews
    • Partner closely with all People Ops Team to lead and support the development of companywide HR initiatives
    • Design and implement quarterly pulse/employee engagement survey and analyze results
    • Design and deliver a variety of employee experience programs including learning and development, performance and development cycles, and team building
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
    • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
    • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
    • Engage quickly, compassionately, and judiciously on employee relations issues; and perform investigations as needed
    • Advise teams and leaders on change management and organizational design
    • Support internal communications initiatives
    • Act as a cultural ambassador
    • At least 5 years working in an HR role, preferably as an HRBP
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
    • General knowledge of employment law and curiosity for continuous learning
    • Solutions-focused with impeccable judgment when it comes to problem-solving and decision making
    • Proactive self-starter that has scaled with a high-growth company, working through ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment
