Reporting to the IT Manager, you will build, define, and support the day-to-day operations of our IT function. You will be the go-to person for configuring our IT infrastructure, SaaS systems, workstations, and help desk. You will directly empower all employees with the tools, resources, and access to effectively and efficiently do their work. The role will be an individual contributor with an opportunity to help grow the team. We’re a remote-first company and are implementing the Zero Trust Security pattern across our IT services. W&B has achieved a SOC2 Type2 attestation and performs annual audits to remain in compliance.     • Design & implement automation to make IT processes repeatable, scalable, and secure based on SOC2 Standards
    • Using standalone code, webhooks, or API integrations to optimize and connect our SaaS environment
    • Guide build vs. buy decisions for integrations and tooling for IT and other departments
    • You will work with stakeholders within the company to design, configure, implement, maintain, and promote a variety of internally facing applications
    • You will research, install, maintain, and troubleshoot application plugins/add-ons for tools like JIRA, Slack, and Google
    • Experience building corporate IT knowledge bases, documenting Runbooks, helping design Business Continuity Planning
    • Work on IT projects from research to implementation as well as other projects assigned
    • Work with the Service Desk tools in Jira to prioritize tasks
    • Work independently to determine methods for new projects
    • An excellent bedside manner, good written and oral communication skills
    • Be a technical SME for all things IT
    • 5+ years of experience
    • Solution-oriented: What you build and implement will impact all of W&B
    • You are experienced with administering and developing in and against SaaS, and applications and services, including Google Workspaces, Kandji, and Slack
    • In this role, you are organized and analytical, comfortable with working in a small team environment, able to follow project sprints, have a continuous improvement mindset, and are capable of handling multiple priorities concurrently
    • You have experience using APIs to automate tasks, especially for onboarding/offboarding tasks
    • You are familiar with Okta Workflows, SAML, and OAuth.
    • You can automate IT tasks with Python and Shell scripting
    • You are self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently with little guidance at times
    • Experience administering Okta (or another IDP platform), Kandji(another MDM platform), and Google Workspaces in an enterprise environment
    • Knowledge of networking concepts like DHCP, Subnets, VLANs
