The Role

The Senior Leader of Revenue Operations & Strategy (RevOps) will be responsible for leading the business function that manages the data, systems, and processes that support revenue generation across the business. This includes collaborating on the GTM plan as well as executing on the day-to-day management of the internal systems and processes that support reporting, forecasting, and analyses of the business. The ultimate goal is to help our revenue teams across sales, customer success, marketing, and partnerships be more effective and efficient. This role will be a trusted advisor to our GTM leaders and reports directly to our Chief Revenue Officer.

    • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts.
    • Oversee the planning, operations, insights, process and systems that support the revenue teams.
    • Build out the necessary systems and reports to ensure visibility and transparency into the lead generation, customer acquisition and renewal process.
    • Design, manage and track end-to-end revenue processes to drive operational efficiency and scale for the revenue teams
    • Deliver insights to leadership against best in class SaaS metrics, to help build long term sustainable growth (including operational reporting).
    • Design and launch processes, workflows, and automations that drive internal efficiencies and up-level the effectiveness of our teams.
    • Own and manage the distribution of comp plans, territories, and sales plans.
    • Work with and own the relationships (including rollout) of current and potential technology platforms to assess potential needs, manage those relationships, and maintain contracts.
    • Manage a world-class Revenue Operations team that provides superior business partnership and support for stakeholder needs.
    • Oversee data quality and governance, and data collection needed for the GTM teams to operate.
    • 5+ years of Revenue Operations (Sales or Marketing Operations) experience at a B2B SaaS company
    • 2+ years of management/leadership experience
    • You are a strong leader that can prioritize, set direction for your team, and collaborate with many different departments.
    • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, preferably Salesforce Administrator Certified, Outreach, churnzero, marketo and sales compensation/quota tools experience is a plus.
    • Experience working in a highly integrated GTM team with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
    • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and analytics to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for process improvements
    • Ability to lead team and influence others in a positive manner
    • Demonstrated experience supporting companies throughout a growth and scaling phase is preferred
    • Demonstrable understanding of the SaaS industry and sales disciplines
    • Thrives in an open, collaborative startup environment while focusing on key goals and objectives
